Jennifer Pagels Rusy is the Branch Administrative Manager of Alex. Brown's Wealth Management offices in Annapolis and Hunt Valley, Maryland. In her role, she oversees a team of sophisticated Client Advisors and Registered Client Service Associates who deliver a comprehensive range of wealth management solutions to corporate, non‐profit, institutional and private clients.

Jennifer's entire professional career has been dedicated to the financial services industry. Jennifer began her career with Alex. Brown & Sons in 1995 and has remained with the firm through the merger with Bankers Trust Company, the acquisition by Deutsche Bank and the acquisition by Raymond James which formed Alex. Brown - Raymond James.

Prior to being promoted to Branch Administrative Manager of the Baltimore office in 2007, Jennifer held positions as Regulatory Analyst, Compliance Officer and Registration Coordinator with the firm.

Jennifer graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Sellinger School of Business and Management in 1995. Jennifer is Series 7, 63, 66 and Series 8 (9/10) registered. Jennifer served as the Chair of the firm’s Operations Manager Advisory Council. In addition, Jennifer served as a member of the firm’s Supervision Advisory Council. Jennifer was named by the firm as Alex. Brown’s Outstanding Branch Administrative Manager of the year in 2019.*

When Jennifer is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether on the sidelines of the lacrosse or soccer fields or cheering her children on at a basketball game or swim meet. Jennifer is a Maryland native and she lives in Hunt Valley, with her husband and their children.
